The Foundation Day of Muslim League was observed today.

In his message on the occasion, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said from the platform of the All-India Muslim League, an independent homeland in the name of Pakistan had come into being as a result of the freedom struggle of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and other leaders of the Pakistan Movement.

He further said the establishment of the Muslim League, one hundred and eighteen years ago, ignited the desire for a new and independent homeland for Muslims, and through continuous struggle, the Muslims of the subcontinent achieved a separate and independent homeland.

The Prime Minister expressed the resolve to continue working hard for the development and progress of Pakistan.
