Ten people died and many fell unconscious in a stampede during distribution of ration in Nauras Chowrangi SITE area of Karachi today. 

According to police officials stampede took place because of electrocution in the factory where ration was being distributed.

Those died include women and children.

Investigation into the incident has been started.
