In Nepal, the death toll from the flash floods has risen to nearly 900 as rescuers search for thousands of missing people.

Authorities said the number of missing people after the massive flash flood on Wednesday has risen to 4,247.

In Tibet, the official death toll stands at 16, with 546 people reported missing.
