Chairman Punjab Public Service Commission Maqsood Ahmad called on Punjab Governor Muhammad Rafique Rajwana in Lahore on Friday.

Maqsood Ahmad presented the Governor the annual report of the commission for the year 2017.

He briefed the Governor about the overall performance and improvement in the working of the commission.

Speaking on this occasion, Rafique Rajwana said that we can strengthen the institutions by ensuring merit and transparency.

He said the number of candidates belonging to the districts of southern Punjab increased this year as compared to the last year, which is a good omen.
