Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan says India is taking cruel measures to crush the legitimate right of Kashmiris to self-determination and their freedom movement.
He was addressing an Iftar dinner at Kashmir House in Islamabad on Sunday.
The AJK Prime Minister said that in order to suppress the freedom movement, India has banned the media, imprisoned the organizations that raised voice for human rights and the Hurriyat leadership.
He urged the participants to establish such a plan of action to make the international community including the Islamic world aware of Indian war crimes and state brutality in IIOJK.
Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan, while paying tribute to the leadership who endured the hardships of imprisonment in Indian illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, said that Hurriyat leader Yasin Malik, Shabir Shah, Asia Andrabi, Musrat Alam Butt and other were tried in Indian courts.
He demanded international and human rights organizations to take notice of the ongoing genocide of Kashmiris in Occupied Kashmir.
