In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), Hurriyat leaders and organizations have called upon the United Nations to uphold the principle of the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination and take decisive action to address the Kashmir dispute.                                         

In their statements in Srinagar today, they said Kashmir remains a critical test for the United Nations, being one of the oldest issues on its agenda.          

They pointed out that India continues to blatantly violate international law in the occupied territory for which it must be held accountable.
