Federal Government has expedited work on construction of Golen Gol hydropower project in Chitral district.

A spokesman of WAPDA told Radio Pakistan Peshawar correspondent that the project will be completed at a cost of thirty billion rupees by August next year.

On completion, the project will generate one hundred and eight megawatt electricity.
