Minister for Planning Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal says national economy is heading in the right direction due to prudent policies of government.

Addressing a Gong ceremony of Pakistan Stock Exchange in Karachi today, he said inflation has decreased from thirty eight to five percent and exports have increased. He said IT sector exports’ have also increased in last two years.

He lauded tremendous performance of Pakistan Stock Exchange for its robust growth, successfully crossing the psychological barrier of one hundred thousand points, a significant increase from thirty thousand points.
