The 3rd death anniversary of novelist and playwright Bano Qudsia was observed on Tuesday.

Bano Qudsia wrote for both television and stage in Urdu.

Her famous plays include Tamasil, Hawa Kay Naam, Khaleej and Aadhi Baat.

She was decorated with Sitara-I-Imtiaz in 1983.

Bano Qudsia died on this day in Lahore in 2017.
