Intra-Afghan talks are set to begin in Doha, Qatar, soon as the release of prisoners by the Afghan government and Taliban has been completed.                               

In a statement, deputy of the High Council of National Reconciliation, Haji Din Mohammad said the government's peace negotiating team will depart for Doha today or tomorrow.
