One person was killed and two others injured when an explosive material went off in Baka Khel area of district Bannu on Sunday.

The injured have been shifted to Distract Headquarters Hospital Bannu.

Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani have strongly condemned the bomb blast in Bannu.

In a statement, they prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured and extended heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved families.
