Dr. Zahid Anwar Khan (IR Expert):Menace of terrorism is devastating Pakistan’s economy; however, the government and the security forces are fully determined to eliminate this menace from Pakistani soil. In this regard, the government and security forces are not ready to compromise on this issue. Pakistani armed forces supported by the nation are combatting terrorism in every form or shape either in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa or any other area of the country. Nation is fully determined to defeat terrorism along with sponsors and financers. In this regard, collective efforts are required to root out terrorism from our soil. Menace of terrorism is an existential threat to the nation therefore federal and provincial governments are required to be on same page on this issue. Now terrorism is posing serious threat to regional peace and stability.
