The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the ongoing efforts by the BJP-led government to deprive the people of Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir of their political and religious identity.

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement in Srinagar made it clear that the people of Kashmir would never surrender their demand for the right to self-determination.

The APHC condemned efforts to settle non-Kashmiri Hindus in IIOJK, calling it a deliberate move to alter the territory’s demographic balance.

Meanwhile, the demand for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir’s special status took center-stage in the IIOJK Assembly when Khurshid Ahmad Sheikh, an MLA from the Awami Ittehad Party, displayed a banner calling for the revocation of Article 370.

According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service, Indian state terrorism against the Kashmiri people continues unabated, with brutal operations to instill fear among locals.

The report reveals that the BJP-led Indian government is using technology and military forces to suppress voices in the territory.

The report highlights that killings, detentions, and property destruction have become commonplace.
