In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, BJP-installed administration is continuing policy of displacing Kashmiris from their assets.
Indian police seized property of another individual in Rajouri district under draconian Unlawful Activities.
Since revocation of IIOJK’s special status in August 2019, Modi government has confiscated hundreds of properties belonging to Kashmiris.
Meanwhile, All Parties Hurriyat Conference has condemned ongoing confiscation of Kashmiris’ properties, calling it a colonial-era tactic used by BJP to break political will of Kashmiris.
In a statement in Srinagar, APHC spokesman Abdul Rashid Minhas said this action is part of RSS/BJP’s Hindutva agenda aimed at weakening Kashmiris economically and facilitating settlement of non-locals in the territory.
He said Indian government and its appointed administration in IIOJK are relentlessly using notorious agencies to terrorize Kashmiris.
