Federal Minister for Communications Hafiz Abdul Kareem has said that percentage of road accidents has been reduced up to seventy percent due to the concerted efforts of motorways police.

He was addressing a ceremony at National Highways and Motorway Police Training College in Sheikhupura today.

Imam-e-Kaaba Dr Al Sheikh Saleh bin Muhammad Al-Talib was also present on this occasion.

He said hat Motorways Police has earned a good name for Pakistan at international level and the department will hire four thousands new police officers in near future.

He said that Saudi Arabia has always stood with Pakistan at all the difficult times
