The interim government of Afghanistan says it seeks to have good relations with all nations and has no issues with the United States.

In an interview to Associated Press, Afghan Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi, urged the US to unfreeze ten billion US dollars in Afghan funds.

He said the Taliban have changed since its previous stretch in power from 1996 to 2001 and is ready to make changes that will both benefit the nation and encourage the US and other countries to slowly change its policy towards Afghanistan.
