Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has directed the concerned officials to formulate a comprehensive policy to promote trade activities and attract investors under Gwadar Master Plan.

Chairing a high level meeting held in Quetta on Friday to review the development process and problems of the people of Gwadar, he said the present government has given Gwadar the status of tax free district to encourage the local and foreign investors.

During the meeting, it was approved to give ownership rights to the slum dwellers. The meeting also approved the increase in compensation for the owners of the land acquired for the free trade zone.
