Maj Gen (Retd) Ijaz Awan (Defense Analyst): It is unfortunate that India is behaving as an immature state. India has disregarded the UN resolutions, in which Kashmiris were given the commitment to give them their fundamental right to self-determination, through its illegal and unilateral move of abrogating article 370 and 35-A in the disputed territory. The entire valley is under Indian military siege for over a year and there is a complete blockade of media. India is also making all out efforts to disturb internal harmony. Pakistan should present the dossiers and evidences at United Nations and FATF forums to expose the Indian nefarious designs in front of the world. United Nations would have intervened long ago as India is also involved in money laundering and terror assistance in the region. In a UN report, Indian contacts with militant organizations including Daesh and TTP have also been exposed. But the big powers for their strategic interests with India are closing their eyes and supporting India to do what it wants to do and also ignoring the plight of Kashmiris.
Abdullah Gul (IR Expert): The government is trying its level best to put the country's economy on the right track but certain legislative measures in this regard are mandatory. The government must take strict actions against the culprits involved in creating artificial shortages of basic commodities. Justice delayed Justice denied situation should not come. There are certain foreign and even internal elements involved in conspiracies against our state and its institutions. The need of the hour for the nation is to stand united against such elements. Pakistan is an agricultural country and the present government is trying utmost to boost this sector. It is unfortunate that the loans taken from IMF and the World Bank in tenures of previous governments were neither utilized in the development of the country nor paid back. But the international economic analysts are appreciating the prudent economic policies of the present government and we are hopeful that Pakistan will soon be among the developed nations.
Lt Gen (Retd) Asif Yasin Malik (Defense Analyst): Pakistan should not be surprised over Indian efforts to destabilize Pakistan. Few days back the statement of Ajid Dovol and Indian officials are on record that India will make Balochistan the prime target of terrorism as per its anti-Pakistan policies. The Dovol Doctrine is designed to foment low-intensity insurgency in Balochistan, ethnicity in Sindh, militancy in southern Punjab and terrorism in the tribal areas of Pakistan. We should have no doubts that India is involved in state terrorism in Pakistan. The Indian agencies are funding BLA and other terrorist organizations operating in Balochistan. For India, militarily-rising Pakistan continues to pose a significant threat to its ambitions and nefarious designs in South Asia and the region. The policy makers and intellectuals in Pakistan have to realize the anti-Pakistan elements active in the country. Baloch people are die heart nationals of Pakistan and will never go against the state. There is also a need for winning hearts and of Balochis, especially for the Baloch youth.
