Dr. Muhammad Khan (IR Expert): Pakistan has always abided by the UN charter along with conventions, pacts and agreements. Pakistan has also fulfilled all commitments made at United Nations under UN charter and international laws. However, both India and Israel have been violating the UN charter since their creation. For example, both India and Israel violated UN charter on the issue of nuclear power. Nehru and first Israeli leader both were over ambitious for becoming nuclear power and talked publically about gaining atomic weapons. Therefore, whole world is concerned over grave violations of UN charter by both the India and Israel. Both so-called fatherland and motherland are committing grave human rights and UN charter violations in Indian Illegally Jammu and Kashmir and Palestine respectively. Both are doing the same bad game as they are committing genocide of Kashmiris in IIOJK and of Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank. However, it is very unfortunate that the international community is not holding both India and Israel accountable for their wrongdoings. I think that both the countries must he held answerable for committing grave violations of human rights and UN charter. Similarly, Pakistan nuclear program is the safest one in the world. But, Indian nuclear program is threat to the regional and international peace and security because a large number of incidents of nuclear leakage, proliferations and smuggling of nuclear assets from Indian nuclear reactors have been reported by Indian media. Safety and security of Pakistani nuclear program has also been appreciated by IAEA and other international organizations. I think that Pakistan’s role and sacrifices in global war on terror must be appreciated. However, India must be penalized for what they are dong and have done in the past.
