Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s delegation leading by Amir Khan Muttaqi meets with Qatari civil and educational institution’s representatives.

The meeting focuses on human rights, capacity building, higher education, humanitarian aids and providing scholarships for Afghan students.

The authorities of Qatar promised to provides scholarships for Afghan student and as well provision of humanitarian aids through red crescent society for the needy people of Afghanistan.
