Hindu extremists violently attacked a Muslim-owned meat shop in Nehru Chowk, Doda falsely accusing the owner of storing cow meat.

In another incident, they intimidated Muslim barbecue vendors in Doda, demanding they close their businesses.

Despite numerous complaints, Doda police have remained passive, deepening insecurity among Muslims and reinforcing suspicions of complicity by authorities.

On the other hand, prominent religious scholar Agha Syed Muhammad Hadi said India is deliberately promoting indecency and obscenity in as part of a nefarious plan to erode moral values of Kashmiri Muslims.
