Dr. Abdullah Gul (Defence Analyst):The US President Donald Trump has shown grace by welcoming Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, He also says that alliance must go ahead and resolve regional issues. Makkah Agreement was signed because the US could not provide security to the Gulf countries. On the other hand, Pakistan is in lead role in Mideast escalations and Pakistan’s role has been duly acknowledged and recognized by the whole international community.  Now, a new world is emerging and Pakistan is going to play a vital role in the new world. Pakistan will make way forward for the security, prosperity and sovereignty of whole Islamic world and oppressed countries. Pakistan is going to change the regional security dynamics and Makkah Agreement will play due role in this regard. Pakistan has filled vacuum created by changes very timely and proficiently. Egypt has also come up with new ideas for regional peace and stability and Egypt is in close contact with Pakistan, Turkiye and Saudi Arabia. So, Egypt will also join Makkah Agreement soon as a new security apparatus is on the wall.
