India is supporting IS-Khorasan Province (IS-KP) terrorists to use terrorism as a weapon against its neighboring countries especially Pakistan.       

Recently, an Indian citizen Sanaul Islam from Kerala, was arrested in Afghanistan while working for IS-Khorasan Province.                   

In October last year, two Indian citizens were also arrested in Karnataka for affiliation with TTP while in February last year, Indian national Zohaib Khan also identified his IS-Khorasan handler Abu Ahmed in Afghanistan.  

Another notorious IS-Khorasan Province commander, Abu Usman Al Kashmiri, who was Indian citizen, was killed in Afghanistan last year. 

India is also using the territory of Tajikistan to send terrorists to Afghanistan.
