A court of India’s notorious National Investigation Agency has framed charges against illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Masarrat Aalam Butt, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman Yasin Malik and several other Hurriyat leaders.
The charge sheet was framed by the Special Judge of NIA court in Delhi Parveen Singh in a false case registered against the leaders for organizing large-scale pro-freedom and anti-India protest demonstrations in 2017 across Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
These leaders have been languishing in New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail for the last over four years.
Meanwhile, in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian police have admitted that 150 Kashmiri youth have been arrested so far this year.
Inspector General of Police of Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, talking to reporters in Badgam revealed that 150 youth have been arrested so far this year in the territory.
