Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has expressed grief and sorrow over the death of journalist Athar Masood.

In a condolence message on Tuesday, the Minister said Athar Masood earned a unique name in journalism through his news stories, columns and analysis.

She prayed for his highest ranks in Jannah and patience for his family.
