In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Modi-led Indian government continues to snatch properties of Kashmiris as part of collective punishment for demanding right to self-determination.
In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Narendra Modi-led Indian government continues to snatch the properties of innocent people as part of collective punishment for raising voice for right to self-determination, guaranteed by the United Nations.
According to Kashmir Media Service, attaching or confiscating Kashmiris’ properties every other day in fabricated cases is a new normal and in the latest move, immovable properties of five Hurriyat activists in Ganderbal district were attached.
Besides the headquarters of All Parties Hurriyat Conference in Srinagar, the occupation authorities have already confiscated hundreds of houses and properties belonging to Hurriyat leaders and organizations across IIOJ&K.
The authorities have also demolished many residential houses, shops and plazas of civilians in the occupied territory as part of collective punishment.
As the world is celebrating the International Human Solidarity Day, today, with a main objective to remind the governments to respect their commitments to international agreements, Kashmiris continue to wait for the exercise of their right to self-determination for the past over seven decades.
A report released by Kashmir Media Service on the day, mentioned that celebrating the day won’t leave an impact on ground unless international campaigners for justice and peace stand with the subjugated peoples of Kashmir and Palestine whose political rights have been trampled by India and Israel.
