Ambassador of Italy to Pakistan, Andreas Ferrarese has said trade volume between the two countries has reached two billion Euro during the last year.

Talking to APP in Islamabad, he said Pakistan’s exports to Italy in 2022 grew to 1.2 billion Euro and Italian exports to Pakistan were around 800 million Euro in the same period.

He said the Embassy is continuously inviting Italian companies to invest in Pakistan as it remains an attractive market for Italian manufacturers and businesspeople.

The Italian envoy said the economic partnership is also bringing information training and skills.

The Italian Embassy has granted more than 1500 visas to Pakistani business people and families who visit Italy.
