In India, police arrested 10 Muslim youth on the charge of raising pro-Pakistan slogans in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh state.

Talking to media, Ujjain superintendent of police Satyendra Shukla said that police imposed National Security Act against four out of 10 detainees for allegedly raising pro-Pakistan slogans.

The development comes a day after some RSS extremists staged demonstrations, torched effigies of Pakistan, and demanded a tough action by the police against those people who had raised pro-Pakistan slogans in the Geeta Colony area on the night of August 19.
