All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) says India has turned occupied Jammu and Kashmir into an open prison for its inhabitants. 

In a message from New Delhi’s Tihar Jail, senior APHC leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah said nearly one million Indian troops have been victimizing innocent Kashmiri people or demanding their inalienable right to self-determination.

Shabbir Ahmad Shah urged United Nations Secretary General and international community to help resolve Kashmir dispute in accordance with aspirations of Kashmiri people.
