The convener of All Parties Hurriyat Conference AJK Chapter, Ghulam Mohammad Safi has said that thousands of people associated with Jamat-e-Islami of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir  have made sacrifices of their lives and continued the struggle for freedom of Kashmir from Indian occupation.

In a statement, he said that India at gunpoint is forcing Jamat-e-Islami’s imprisoned leaders to change their historical position on Kashmir. That is very worrying, regrettable and speaks loudly about nefarious Indian designs.

Ghulam Mohammad Safi appealed to Jamat-e-Islami leaders not to take any decision that would affect the reputation of the Jamat and dishearten people of Kashmir.

He said the oppressed but determined people of Kashmir will not accept any Indian trick that passES message of disappointment.

APHC leader said that the remedy to actions of fascist Modi is resistance of Kashmir people, adding that the government of Pakistan is continuing to fully support the legitimate struggle of Kashmiris for the right to self-determination.

Safi appealed to the international community to play its effective role to give liberation to innocent Kashmiris from Indian rule.
