The Islamabad High Court has declared legitimate the appointment of Abrar-ul-Haq as chairman of Pakistan Red Crescent Society, rejecting the application of Dr Saeed Elahi.

Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Athar Minallah announced the judgment in the case today (Thursday).

The Chief Justice also dismissed the stay order against the appointment of Abrar-ul-Haq as Chairman Pakistan Red Crescent Society.
