Pakistan Hajj Mission says over seventy thousand Pakistani intending pilgrims are actively using ‘Pak Hajj App,’ through which online monitoring of all Hajj-related activities is performed.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs received more than 20,000 suggestions and queries through this app and were responed in an efficient manner.

The Pak Hajj App provides all the required information, including personal details of Hujjaj, group information, Mehram details, helper information, additional facilities, Hajj dues, nominee information, bank account details, and training schedules.

Pakistani Pilgrim Muhammad Imran Kamrani told Radio Pakistan that due to Pak Hajj App, he received his lost luggage within 24 hours.

 An elderly pilgrim from Lahore Shakir Ilyas commended the Pak Hajj App as the Hujjaj got an ample response from the authorities on their complaints and concerns.

Musarrat Aftab hailing from Islamabad expressed happiness over the quick response of the authorities.

She said living in an era of Information Technology, Pakistan should take more such initiatives to facilitate pilgrims.
