A fresh report released by a Srinagar-based Institute and Documentation Centre says the massacres of Kashmiris in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) is part of Indian deep-rooted conspiracy to silence Kashmiris demand for right to self-determination.

In a statement in Srinagar, the head of the Institute Professor Farhan Ali urged the international community to take specific actions to stop India from continuing its hostile and regressive policies in the occupied territory.
