A Pakistani citizen has set a bright example of honesty by submitting a lost bag with a cash of 9000 Saudi Riyals to the Pakistan Hajj Mission authorities to handover it to its owner.
Radio Pakistan Correspondent Bilal Khan Mehsud reports from Makkah that a Pakistani intending pilgrim Aamir Hameed, hailing from Sialkot, found the bag carrying an amount of 9000 Saudi Riyals, and an iPhone. God fearing, he submitted the bag to the Pakistan Hajj Mission people, who returned it to the real owner.
Talking to our correspondent, Muhammad Aamir said Islam teaches us honesty and helping others, who are in distress and pain. He expressed immense pleasure and satisfaction that the cash amount and iPhone reached the original owner.
Acting promptly, the Pakistan Hajj Mission traced the original owner of the bag and handed it over to him. Upon finding the amount, the owner thanked Aamir Hameed and the Pakistan Hajj Mission for their honesty and integrity.
