Gilgit-Baltistan is still under the grip of severe cold winter which has affected normal life and hampered business activity.

According to metrological department, Skardu on Monday remained coldest place with minimum temperature minus 21 degree centigrade.

The temperature of other areas include: Astore and Bagrote -10, Hunza -7, Gilgit -5, Chilas -3 and Bonji -2 degree centigrade.
