FACULTY
Well educated, qualified and experienced team of broadcaster from Programme, News and Engineering wings are deputed to impart training to trainees from all wings of PBC. Since its establishment more than 1000 Programme Producers, News Editors and Broadcast Engineers have been trained.

TRAININGS OFFERED
Six months induction training course for Producers, Sub-Editors and Senior Broadcast Engineers. Refresher courses for all PBC wings: (01 – 02 weeks) i.e. Programme, News and Engineering. Admin and Accounts.TECHNICAL FACILITIES
Two class rooms fully equipped with audio, visual and multimedia facilities, one fully equipped studio with computerized recording /editing facility, one computer lab equipped with 18 computers for audio editing and internet usage and an auditorium with the capacity of 120 seats.
Accommodation facility: For 40 trainees within the premises of Pakistan Broadcasting Academy.

Training methodology is based on lecture, discussion, listening, production and evaluation, studio production techniques and indoor outdoor recording techniques, equipment handling, visits of engineering sites like transmitters, visits of newspapers offices, visits of think tank offices and workshops.

Two class rooms fully equipped with audio, visual and multimedia facilities, one fully equipped studio with computerized recording /editing facility, one computer lab equipped with twenty computers for audio editing and internet usage, ten digital recorders for outdoor recording, one auditorium with 100 sitting capacity, one Library with more than ten thousand books and provision of three daily Urdu/English newspapers.
