Abdul Hameed Lone (Hurriyet Leader): Second death anniversary of Hurriyet leader Syed Ali Gilani is marked with the pledge to continue his mission till complete freedom from Indian yoke. Syed Ali Gillani was a historic personality who dedicated his entire life for the Kashmiris' struggle to get the right to self-determination. The Indian troops kept him under house arrest for almost 12 years but failed to crush his soul. It is the responsibility of the international community to ensure the smooth implementation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir to grant Kashmiris their right of plebiscite.
