Dr. Abdullah Gul (Defense Analyst): Clash between the US and Ukrainian Presidents is some sort of betrayal by the US. Pakistan also experienced the US betrayal during its war with India in 1971. Then the US made huge claims that the US warships were on the way to assist Pakistan but those warships never arrived so Pakistan had to bear the losses. Now after the meeting between US and Ukrainian Presidents it seems that war between Ukraine and Russia is almost over. It was blunder by the Ukraine that it abandoned nuclear power being dependent on US and Europe. I think that on the day Ukraine abandoned their nuclear program, it was deemed that Ukraine is over. EU and NATO supported Ukraine in the war in the beginning with Russia but now the strategy of both seems to be changed. In think that President Trump has shown Zelenskyy the Highway so now the NATO countries should rethink about the logic behind alliance’s existence because now it seems that Europe has to be run as per aspirations of Russia. Europeans are reacting but what they can do. The war must come to an end but at what cost. Trump was right to say that Ukraine could not survive without US. Future of NATO seems to be like the league of nations because the NATO has failed to perform. Now UN will also come to an end as they failed to resolve Gaza and other issues.  Now the Europe will have to choose either to go to Russian bloc or not.
