Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider says development of country and nation lies in supremacy of merit and strengthening of institutions. 

He was talking to officers of 36th Senior Management Course from sixteen various departments, led by Chief Instructor of NEPA Islamabad Dr. Samreen Zahra in Lahore today.

He informed a formal plan has been devised to improve universities. He expressed resolve to provide more relief to the public in education and health sectors.
