The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has termed the prevailing situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) as highly precarious with regard to the safety of the common masses.     

The APHC spokesman in a statement in Srinagar urged the United Nations to ask India to stop its state terrorism in occupied Kashmir and allow the Kashmiris to decide their future through a free and fair plebiscite.
