South Korea's new President Yoon Suk-yeol took oath of office on Tuesday at a ceremony in the capital Seoul.

Speaking on the occasion, the South Korean President vowed to keep door open for dialogue with North Korea to defuse ongoing tensions in Korean Peninsula.
