Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Naeem Khalid Lodhi (Defense Expert): India has always been involved in negative propaganda against Pakistan. New Deli has continuously responded negatively to Pakistan’s peace overtures. Many social media outlets and print and electronic media had been found involved disseminating fake news about Pakistan.  Instead of wasting more time in peddling falsehoods and fake news, New Delhi is advised to put its own house in order and take care of its issues of poverty, grave human rights violations, exploitation of minority rights and rising radicalism. It is high time when both political and military leadership should sit together and prepare a joint response against Indian false propaganda.

Dr. A. Z. Hilali (Expert on International Relations): The BJP-led government in India is spreading disinformation, and abusing international institutions in its desire to malign Pakistan. Amnesty International recently reported that Indian social media is spreading falsehood and negative reports about Pakistan’s peace efforts.  New Delhi will fail in its efforts to defame and isolate Pakistan at global level. Pakistan’s armed forces are fully vigilant and ready to respond to any misadventure or miscalculation by India. Indian troops are involved in committing massive human rights violations and maltreating Kashmiris in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. International community should take notice of massive human rights violations by Indian troops in the held territory. Pakistan will continue its moral, political and diplomatic support to people of Kashmir in achieving their right to self-determination.  India cannot suppress voice of the people of Kashmir through use of brute force. New Delhi’s brutal face stands exposed before the global community.

Brig. (Retd.) Harris Nawaz (Defense Analyst): Not only Pakistan but also the image of entire Muslim world is being harmed by India’s propaganda against the Muslims. India is a big supporter of Islamophobia. The world has to realize what India is doing to malign Pakistan. It is a fact that our intelligence agencies are alert and ready to thwart any Indian attempt to destabilize Pakistan. Such efforts to discredit Pakistan by India and its agencies have been going on since the independence of Pakistan, but New Delhi never succeeded in the past and never will in future.
