In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Social Peace Forum , Devinder Singh Behl, has said that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved in accordance with the UN resolutions.

Addressing a function in Jammu, he said the Indian troops are committing massive human rights violations, making the life of the Kashmiris miserable.

He deplored that thousands of people were missing from their homes and a large number of Kashmiris have been illegally detained in jails.
