The negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian representatives will resume on Tuesday after a fourth round of talks ends without breakthrough.

A top negotiator of Ukraine has said his country wants an immediate ceasefire and Russia's withdrawal of troops.

He said only then could regional relations and political differences be discussed.
