The Special Communications Organization (SCO) has set up the first-ever freelancing hub for persons with disabilities in Azad Kashmir.
This initiative is aimed at fostering the skills and abilities of disabled youth.
The opening ceremony of the freelancing hub took place at the Nobel Foundation in Muzaffarabad where Director General SCO, Major General Umar Ahmad Shah inaugurated the facility.
The event was attended by civil and military officials as well as the parents of disabled students.
Speaking on this occasion, Major General Umar Ahmad Shah emphasized that disabled individuals are endowed with various unique abilities, and serving them is a great honour.
He highlighted that this freelancing hub is a revolutionary step in the IT world, providing special people with the tools to showcase their talents globally.
