Deputy Speaker Legislative Assembly Jafarullah Khan and Parliamentary Secretary Law Aurangzeb Khan say a committee comprising members of Legislative Assembly and GB Council is being constituted soon to address Tax matter.

Addressing to a joint news conference in Gilgit, they said Government committee on Tax has fulfilled his promise by getting approval of a unanimous resolution from the Assembly.

Aurangzeb Khan said Federal Government is spending over 180 billion rupees for the uplift of Gilgit-Baltistan.

He said under PSDP 102 billion rupees has been approved against forty four developments. He said 35 billion rupees for non-development and eighteen billion rupees for development and six billion rupees against wheat subsidy has been allocated for current financial year.
