The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) meeting was held in Islamabad under the chair of Finance Minister Asad Umar. The meeting finalized recommendations regarding the power tariff.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the details of the ECC meeting will be tabled in the Cabinet meeting due to be held today. The ECC meeting was attended by Federal Ministers for Power Umar Ayub, Commerce Abdul Razzaq Dawood, and Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed besides high officials.
