Protests and rallies calling for freedom of occupied Jammu and Kashmir reverberated across the globe on Kashmir Solidarity Day, today.

In Washington, Kashmiri and Pakistani Americans converged in front of the Indian Embassy, decrying human rights abuses in Kashmir. In Paris, the Jammu Kashmir Democratic Forum France organized a vibrant march, echoing calls for "Free Kashmir". In Barcelona, Spanish, human rights organizations joined Kashmiri diaspora and allies in a powerful display of unity, stressing the intertwined struggles of Kashmiris and Palestinians for liberation from illegal occupations. 

Pro-Kashmir marches, protests and rallies organized by Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK and Europe were held in Nottingham, Oslo, Norway; Brescia, Italy; Birmingham, Glasgow, Scotland, Luton and various cities of Europe.
