Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has directed to establish an Online Complaint Portal with the aim to provide a facility to the public for lodging their complaints directly with the competent authorities.

This move was made in a meeting held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister in Quetta to review the performance of Chief Minister Delivery Unit.

Jam Kamal said the aim of establishing the Chief Minister Delivery Unit is to transform the official system into E-Governance which will improve the performance of government institutions.

Lauding the performance of the Delivery Unit, he instructed to further expand the unit.

Chief Minister also directed the concerned authorities for early completion of the projects regarding establishment of PSDP atomization and monitoring system, Balochistan Data Centre and preparation of district’s atlas.

He also announced to award certificates of appreciation to the volunteers working against COVID-19 for their encouragement.
