Director Fisheries department, Gilgit Baltistan, Raja Mohiuddin has said that efforts are underway to stop illegal fishing of trout fish at Langar, in upper parts of Ghizer.

Talking to media men in Langar, Ghizer, he said five watch men have been deputed to discourage illegal angling of Trout Fish in that area.

It may be mentioned here that Deputy Commissioner Ghizer has already banned camping in Langar, Phander valley to save this specie from illegal fishing.
